Profile and demonstrated skills: After moving down to Melbourne from Italy and having few jobs experience in the Australian environment that have helped me to settle my life here, I eventually landed a job in the automation industry.During my Italian experience I had the opportunity to develop my skills in different positions.I have a wide experience in the Property and Facility Management area that I have gained during several years in important companies. I have also worked in the Planning and Construction Project Management field.I have experience in Organizations Restructuring, Business Process Re-engineering and Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance and Training. I have also designed and developed Performance Management Systems, Procedures, Economic and Functional reports for General Management (expenditure & budget reporting).During my last Italian experience I have leaded a team responsible of the Company Information Technology Systems analysis, design and implementation. I was also coordinator of the national Call Management Office (back office) for routine and repairs maintenance issues. I now work with Laco division where my role is widely spread across the business. In fact my role sees me not only in the business development, but also in managing and coordinating all aspects of the automation projects.My work attitude is both positive and creative, as every client and every project are different to the other.
