• Liaison with the Project Manager to devise project schedules and plans;• Controlling the manpower allocation to attend the project requirements; • Leading production presentations with the directors on the weekly review meetings;• Devising engineering solutions to resolve issues that arise in the field; • Monitoring the Project schedule daily;• Ensuring the production undertaken was as per the quality standard agreed in order to get the owner approval; • Ensuring a safety mindset within the team;

• Interacting among the Production Planning and Control Department, defining when and which items could be assembled/installed on board to request their fabrication.• Interacting among the logistic department, following the sequence of production to request materials.• Communication with the engineering department, proving any project divergences or clashes between structures, requiring drawing updating;• Assist the section coordinator in order to ensure the targets and timelines were achieved.• Minimise lead time and waste.• Interpretation of drawings, plans, specifications and any other relevant documents in order to dominate the Project scope and certify that everything was made according to the original planning;• Preparation of management reports in order to support management decisions.

• Generating reports by using the ERP Programming (SAP);• Assisting the Department of Planning and Control of Production.
