Grew up farming and ranching in Colorado, USA and continued working on the family farm until moving overseas in 2007. Since that time I have developed a wide range of international business experience beginning as a financial consultant in Adelaide, South Australia. I then transitioned to Manila, Philippines to serve as the Managing Director for a start-up company Cornerstone Energy Development, Inc. Led this startup renewable energy company to a multi million dollar exit in ten years. From there I have spent the last 5 years in private equity/finance. I have focused my efforts on finance, energy, agriculture and healthcare. Recent highlight was pioneering a licensing and distribution contract for a USA based biotech product to be imported and distributed in healthcare facilities throughout the Philippines. My experience has provided opportunities for administrative oversight, project management, regulatory oversight, feasibility preparation, deal structuring, and contract negotiation and finalization.
