I am Psychologist with and Master's degree in Business and Organizational Psychology. I have experience in university training in research, as well as in designing resources and interactive content for e-learning in academic and organizational settings. In the last 4 years I have been working as a Research and Development Analyst at Kudert. There, I developed and validated psychometric tools for talent assessment; as well as the methodological design, data analysis and reporting in quantitative research projects. I am passionate about scientific research in psychology, ICT-mediated learning and data analysis for evidence-based talent management.
