About Gabriel Osorio Vargas

After graduating in Arts at the University of Chile, I specialized in 3D animation. In 2008, alongside three partners, I started Punkrobot Animation Studio. Since then I have been directing projects and animation series; Flipos, Muelin and Perlita, Soccer Girls, Pixel Pals, and some television commercials. I love directing and sharing animation, and I also enjoy having an active role in the technical aspects of the production. Bear Story is my first shortfilm, which has been recognized with more than 50 international awards and an Academy Oscar®.
