As a Layback Lead at Formosa Group, I apply my Sound Engineering degree and skills to provide high-quality audio post production services for various visual media projects. I have been working with Formosa Group since January 2022, starting as a Layback Operator and then becoming an Assistant Mixer and a Layback Lead within a year. I have developed core competencies in sound design, audio engineering, and layback best practices, as well as continuous training, troubleshooting, and template setup.In my current role, I support the layback team and the coordinators by ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of the deliverables, as well as the compliance with the spec documents and the client's expectations. I also double check the deliverable files before they go out to QC/Clients, and train new Layback Operators to help with the continuous growth of the company. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of audio professionals, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, as well as share my knowledge and experience with others. I am passionate about creating immersive and engaging audio experiences for the audiences, and I am motivated by the creative and collaborative culture of Formosa Group.
