Current• Head of department for technical and engineering works on our dealership brand, THERMO KING.• Lead and manage tender projects related to refrigeration systems, including design, engineering, and implementation, to ensure successful project completion and adherence to customer specifications.• Develop and conduct training programs on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for both technicians and customers, ensuring a high level of technical competence and service quality.• Formulate and implement a practical risk management plan for the department, including establishment of a risk management team, conducting thorough risk assessments, and executing control measures to manage and mitigate risks effectively.• Organize and manage operations and manpower for the Health Promotion Board’s Mobile Dental Clinic, focusing on preventive maintenance and rapid response to breakdown repair services.• Review and address non-conformity issues within the organization, utilizing corrective and preventive actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.• Efficiently handle urgent assignments, such as coordinating replacement trucks during emergencies, demonstrating strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.• Collaborate closely with electric vehicle manufacturers to develop fully electric refrigerated trucks, contributing to Singapore’s vision of achieving 100% cleaner energy vehicles by 2040.
