Manage the import team I have been working in the trade industry for the last 25 years with a variety of positions and responsibilities. I started out with a small broker handling all aspects of the operation on a very small scale. I have progressed to a management position with a large broker overseeing a much larger complex operation.Oversee staff of 18 people divided into 3 areas; the Billing Dept., Customs processing, Customs Interface/Dispatch. My responsibilities are to ensure that all importation documentation and transmission through the program is accurate with MX Customs Law; to manage the dispatch department who coordinates with the trucker to hand over proper entry paperwork to enter into Mexico through the customs port; and to manage and approve all outgoing billing invoices.
