Client Services Specialist
Current- Manage numerous client-based off site warehouse inventories to ensure accurate stock quantities and conditions by overseeing and upkeeping lot replenishments, discrepancies or discard expired material to maintain a safe and reliable consumer supply.- Coordinate multiple domestic and international direct mailings by closely communicating with company representatives through leading weekly status meetings, overseeing efficient processing to meet deadlines and uphold a high standard of quality for the client’s service-level agreement.- Collaborate with accounting to manage monthly billing by approving invoices, providing personalized quotes for materials and labor hours spent in upcoming requested assembly and mailing jobs to ensure timely transactions that ultimately meet expected quarterly profit goals.- Mentor new hires through company protocol training, internal software lessons and overall support to ensure their smooth and effective integration into the team.
