In this role, I serve as the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the solution implementation process for CCI. I am the focal point between CCI and our clients to coordinate the implementation of CCIs assessment and coaching debrief solutions. Additionally, I design and execute innovative, data-driven processes to help our clients harness the coachability of their workforce and maintain strong coachability cultures

At DDI, I Interact with and evaluate executive leaders from the C-suite to Director level using Assessment Center methodology. I appraise and interpret proficiency in interpersonal, leadership and business competencies for industry-leading organizations in health care, financial services, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. I debrief and coach senior leaders of client organizations through their assessment results or those of their team. I collaborate with domestic employees and international team leaders to create global alignment on assessment norms.

During my time in this graduate program, on top of my academic training, I provided project management and led research initiatives for three $1 million grants with a wide range of projects centered around leadership emergence and team processes. My focus was on practical application of research funded by NASA in the study of teams and leaders under extreme conditions
