This role is framed in the area of Governance and Risk Consulting (GRC). This focus of this area is providing consulting services for the client's internal audit teams. In my role as a data analyst, my responsibility is to provide support from a data-driven approach that helps make processes more efficient. This implies using tools such as Python and its libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, etc.) to clean different databases, as well as building continuous auditing indicators that automatically detect potential financial and IT risks. I have also built dashboards and reports in PowerBI to analyze complex relational models for both clients and internal firm use. On the other hand, I have been responsible for analyzing accounting and financial systems of various clients with various tools such as Excel, SQL and Python, to detect problems in their data and solve them.
