I am a self starter who strives for professional development. I currently study mathematics at Simon Fraser University and am finishing my studies to pursue a career in accounting or bookkeeping. For the duration of my studies, I played NCAA Division II Football for the SFU Football team in the Greater Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC). During my senior year, I was named honourable mention in the GNAC All-Conference Second Team. My tenure with SFU Football resulted in immense growth as an individual, as I learned resilience, leadership, work ethic, mental toughness and adaptability. From my education, I have developed strong analytical and processing skills that will help me excel in an administrative position. I have taken initiative and personally educated myself in accounting principles and hope to go back to school in the future to pursue a formal degree. My work experience shows that I am a committed member and take pride in my job. I hope to find an entry level accounting position with an organization that I can grow and prove myself in.
