Developed a platform with 2 investors, taking the lead in most aspects. The project aimed to: 1) Increase user registration and 2) Demonstrate profitability through user interaction and deal formation. Both goals were achieved within 16 months.My responsibilities included: website development, sales and communication (convincing doctors to register, including posting images of their offices), marketing (utilizing Facebook and Google Analytics), and generating monthly investor reports.
