Responsible for the management and implementation of preventive maintenance, such as NDT testing and visual integrity inspection, as well as corrective maintenance on various equipment and systems of offshore units. Leading teams of up to 9 professionals, overseeing routines and activities such as:- Planning to measure supplies and workforce for future inspection and maintenance campaigns using rope access techniques;- Acting as the liaison between the technical team and clients, translating technical terms and processes into accessible language for clients such as Petrobras, Total, Repsol, Valaris, Brasdrill, Constellation, Ventura, Forsea;- Elaboration of reports in according to national and international standards, as well as manufacturer manuals;- Support to Rig Maintenance Department in several maintenances (electrical and mechanical) when rope access is required – Elaboration of lifting plan and recue plan according structural calculation record;- Stock management of consumables relevant to inspection and management of calibration frequency of relevant instruments/equipment;- Drilling Handling Tools Inspection - NDT according to relevant API standards (Elevators, Rotary Table, Slips, Elevator Links, Top Drive & Travelling Equipment, Deadline Anchor, Drawworks);- Lifting Gear Inspection - NDT and thorough examination (Cranes & Overhead Cranes, Winches, Fixed and Portable Lifting Equipment);- DROPS Inspection;- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on general structures and equipment;- Ultrasonic Gauging Inspection with isometric report creation based on P&ID, As-Built, and Diagrams;

-Inspecting and assisting in non-destructive testing (NDT), such as: Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Thickness Measurement, Ultrasonic Testing and Eddy Current.- Proficient in reading and interpreting projects, analyzing standards and procedures for equipment in the oil industry.-Proficient in Lifting Gear Inspection;-Proficient in Drilling Tools Inspection;-Proficient in Inspection to Prevent Falling Objects (DROPS);-Proficient in Derrick Inspection (API 4G);-Proficient in Load Testing (Load cell, water bag and hydraulic systems);-Experience with Inspection of Equipment and Installations in Explosive Atmospheres;
