The role of assistant community manager (ACM) primarily focuses on resident retention & delinquency management. The ACM also acts in the absence of the community manager in all manner of circumstances pertaining to the property. The ACM is also equipped to function as a consultant for the property and attentively assists prospective tenants through the leasing process. This is done to ensure a pleasant experience for them, to meet occupancy goals by leasing up vacant units, thus generating property value & revenue. Additionally, the ACM is capable of facilitating and executing a wide variety of administrative and marketing tasks for the property.The role of content creator assumes the oversight and creation of all social media content from posts, stories, videos, etc. in order to boost online presence, create following, and elevate social media engagement as it pertains to the community.

The role of the leasing & marketing director primarily focuses on meeting occupancy goals by leasing up vacant units for the community, thus generating property value & revenue. This is done by administering a high quality of customer service through being organized, meticulous, and personable throughout the entire leasing process from start to finish. The leasing director also holds a position of leadership over their leasing consultant peers to answer complex questions, as well as offer training and coaching when appropriate. The leasing director also ensures that the leasing efforts are above & beyond their standard by ensuring high clerical accuracy, property appearance and more. The leasing director is also equipped to function as an event coordinator for the property and carefully plans, budgets, and executes resident events of many varieties. This is done to ensure a pleasant experience for current residents and generate appeal for prospective ones.Additionally, the leasing director is responsible for facilitating and executing a wide variety of marketing tasks for the property such as maintaining the community social media pages; performing market surveys, updating prices and special offers on listing sites to ensure accuracy of information and perform/oversee all outreach marketing campaigns.
