Responsible for developing, leading and successfully executing TGS' global QHSE vision and strategy, including:-Managing and implementing the company's QHSE Management System across the organization, ensuring it is compliant with ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 standards,-Developing and updating procedures, standards, policies and other QHSE documents,-Supporting TGS' Sustainability strategy by tracking and reporting field emissions, contributing to TGS' annual sustainability report, contributing to double-materiality assessments etc., -Providing annual corporate QHSE training to the organization,-Supporting TGS' mission, vision, and values by being an effective leader and ambassador for the company,-Developing and executing corporate QHSE goals and objectives,-Representing TGS on committees and workgroups through organizations like the EnerGeo Alliance,-Leading and managing the Corporate QHSE team, ensuring that we are a reliable and effective partner to internal and external stakeholders, -Reporting QHSE KPIs internally and externally, and presenting results and progress to the Executive team,-Participating in project startup meetings by delivering leadership messages, safety moments etc.,-Managing and implementing safety campaigns across office and field operations,-Managing and implementing TGS' emergency response process,-Ensuring that our QHSE systems are effective, utilized, properly resourced and maintained.

Primarily responsible for establishing, developing and successfully executing the corporate HSE strategy for TGS. I'm also responsible for managing the development, implementation and maintenance of company-wide HSE policies. I provide HSE support to TGS' operational units, contractors and subcontractors. I coordinate HSE-related investigations, monitor HSE performance and statistics, maintain and update TGS' HSE Management system, develop HSE training content for TGS employees, and review environmental requirements for land and marine seismic operations. Lastly, I represent TGS and actively participate on the IAGC's HSSE Committee.

Manage vessel operations during the acquisition phase of multi-client marine geophysical surveys. Manage on-board TGS client representatives through the duration of a survey. Responsible for managing and addressing field data quality, vessel performance, creating and managing postplot navigation, utilizing GIS for mapping needs, and tracking operational HSE-related information. Also responsible for coordinating the submission and receipt of geophysical permits from various government agencies, securing environmental permits, and ensuring that permit stipulations are followed.

Responsible for day-to-day GIS requests. These included map updates, seismic/geophysical survey design with project developers, geographic products creation (shapefiles, etc), and data maintenance and updates. I was also responsible for GIS training of additional personnel.

Led 4 semesters of undergraduate earth science labs (20-40 students per class, 2 to 3 labs per semester)

Assisted several professors in grading, reviewing essays, proctoring tests, and editing professional journal drafts.

Commission-based sales of lawn and garden equipment. Products ranged from patio furniture & outdoor grills, to garden tractors, as well as fitness equipment.
