Responsible for managing trusts between lower level domains during Sprint and T-Mobile merger. On boarded multiple Legacy-Sprint applications into T-Mobile environments. Managed standing up and configuring new domain-level servers in production and development environments. Took sole responsibility over internal self-service web application and built multiple tools to allow for cross-domain data manipulation based on role.

Responsible for managing Active Directory and guiding customers’ services through integration processes to connect to the domain. Monitor server health and manage replacement of hardware. Work in the PKI space to provide a solution for users bringing their own devices and secure internal and external facing services. Approximately 20% of time is dedicated to internal customer deliverables to ensure best security practices are followed and SLAs are met. Position demands a high level of collaboration between multiple teams.

Aided in selecting and hiring new student teaching assistants at the beginning of the school year. Each semester I worked with the department chair and all professors in the department to create a tutoring session schedule as well as coordinating with the Academic Resource Center to reserve needed space for sessions. Actively work to ensure all sessions are covered.

I worked as a teaching assistant for the Connecticut College Computer Science Department in private group settings helping students as well as aiding professors in lab sessions. I was a TA for many different courses including COM110 (Introduction to CS), COM212 (Data Structures), and COM214 (Web Tech and Mobile Computing). I have also worked as a grader for COM110 and COM212.

I worked to create a video uploading and streaming service that leveraged Microsoft Azure and Azure Media Services. Coding was done in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Java. Some coding was done using Ember, Handlebars, and Groovy.

I provided on-call technology support for all of the summer conferences held at Gettysburg College during the summer of 2015. Duties also included upgrading and testing all classrooms across the campus.
