I have experience working on several data-driven projects, including Segmentação Intraurbana, which involves clustering and segmentation to identify common socio-economic behaviors. I utilized K-means and classification models for the resegmentation process. In addition, I worked on an address mapping project using a trie tree to compare two addresses as part of an experimental process.I also worked on the Hexagon Project, where I was responsible for obtaining information from one geometry and interpolating it into a more granular geometry. The process was complex and involved the use of several rules to transform the data. Due to the large size of the project, I had to use dask parallelization to speed up processing.Another project I worked on was the Target Public, which involved using PNAD data from Brazil to obtain personal information such as age, sex, income, and other relevant data to map a specific group of people. The challenge was that the data was distributed across different strata, like the city or capital, and was not associated with census sectors. I addressed this issue by developing a robust system of rules to distribute people from PNAD around Brazil to specific census sectors.Aside from these projects, I also focused on refactoring and optimizing codes, as well as maintaining core data of the company.

The scientific initiation project is about artificial intelligence with an emphasis on radio communication. We work with Speech Recognition, Diarization, and Speaker Identification, using deep learning and machine learning techniques found in state-of-the-art scientific articles in the field. In addition, we also use frameworks such as Pytorch, Tensorflow, and Pyannote.My functionality is focused on speaker diarization.

The group engages in various projects, such as organizing TOPCOM, a competitive programming event, and Jacee, a week-long event featuring different courses and workshops.
