Current[5 direct reports, 6 indirect reports, 850+ users, 1250+ devices, 10 locations, 4 continents] Responsible for managing all aspects of Fluidmaster’ s global I.T. operations (USA, Mexico, Slovenia, UK, Turkey, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, China, and Australia), which includes a global technology roadmap, annual budgets, personnel performance reviews, develop and mentor team on career path and opportunities, policies and procedures, standards, cybersecurity risk assessments engagements and compliance, systems availability, managing vendors and contractors, managing contracts, metrics.Recently focusing on improving our cybersecurity maturity level, management approved the upgrade of our MS plan from E1 to E3+E5 Security Addon (~$1M investment over 3 years), this allowed us to:• Replaced our malware solution globally to Microsoft Defender• Upgraded Office 2013 to the latest stable release of MS 365 Apps• Replaced Meraki device management solution to MS Intune• Upgraded MS Config Manager to the latest branch and configured in co-managed with Intune• Reduce cost (~40k/yr.) by leveraging MS license to perform internal cybersecurity simulations• Enable Azure Sentinel as our SIEM solutionOther recent projects that I was responsible for:• Implemented strong passwords, SPECOPS (blacklist/filter) passwords, and MFA to improve our security posture and to be compliant with the cybersecurity insurance requirements.• Mitigate ransomware by replicating backups to an Immutable storage (Amazon S3 buckets)• Implemented a new ITIL certified helpdesk solution (HaloITSM) that helped leverage global IT resources and improve inter-communication• Setup and moved to a new manufacturing plant in Slovenia and NetherlandsCurrently we have the following technologies deployed globally; Oracle JD Edwards, HyperV, MS SQL, Exchange , SharePoint, Dell , FortiGate, AOVPN, Extreme Networks, Meraki/Cisco Wireless, SCCM, Veeam, Win 10 Hello, Bitdefender, MS Defender and Intune, Azure MFA.
