Provide technical support to customers relating to their devices and finding solutions, troubleshooting, and educating customers with current Apple technology. This includes personal training for new customers, and helping them acquire basic skills to use technology. Rotating through different technical specialties and skill sets within Apple.

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include planning, organizing, and execution of the company's sales and retention programs. The goals of the position are to achieve maximum ticket sales volume, and ensure the desired sales results, while performing the following duties:• Collaborated and executed sales calls on potential customers through cold calling (80-100 calls per day), prospecting and referrals from current customers• Generated 100k in new revenue over 4 months • Renewed and retained accounts on an annual basis• Kept computerized records of all clients and prospects in company database (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).• Participated and contributed to weekly sales meetings and training sessions• Collaborated with related departments to promote and generate sales on all events while improving the fan experience• Assisted with any promotional activities to create awareness and generate sales leads including off-site opportunities• Assisted with any administrative ticket functions, special projects/duties, and game day operations
