Client Relationship Manager - Tier 3
Current• Provide support and assistance to Clients who use Payoneer's services to pay their employees and providers• Deep knowledge of Payoneer's services and products in order to provide an effective and efficient support to Clients• Work along with all departments to provide a complete and definitive support to Clients• Communicate with bank providers regarding delays and compliance reviews and requirements for payments• Technical knowledge of processes and procedures for a quick diagnosis of any issue or problem faced by the Client• Professional and efficient communication• Escalating account holders' issues to Clients when necessary• Assist CBMs and CSMs
