Client Relationship Manager - Tier 3
Current- Provide support and assistance to Clients who use Payoneer's services to pay their employees and providers
- Deep knowledge of Payoneer's services and products in order to provide an effective and efficient support to Clients
- Work along with all departments to provide a complete and definitive support to Clients
- Communicate with bank providers regarding delays and compliance reviews and requirements for payments
- Technical knowledge of processes and procedures for a quick diagnosis of any issue or problem faced by the Client
