My IT journey in tech began as a Student Tech, and over the last 10 years, I trudged my way up through various levels of IT expertise, evolving to my current position as a Professional Service Lead. In this role, I specialize in architecting and implementing advanced client solutions on-premise and in the cloud.I pride myself on my proactive mindset, ability to anticipate future challenges ("seeing around corners"), and commitment to steering projects to successful completion. I also value building and nurturing solid and positive client relationships, believing trust and communication are essential to successful collaborations.Outside of my professional life, you will find me running the San Gabriel Mountains or cycling along the LA River trail.
