I use C#, XML, and Javascript while investigating/solving coding issues for company owned software. Specifically focused on the backend of the POS registers and kiosks used in McDonald's restaurants in Canada.

Under my two semester co-op work under Itron, I helped debug and add additional features to an internal website they use to inventory their products. It mainly consisted of utilizing C#, .NET, and SQL for a web application, with different database management requirements. I utilized Mudblazor for the UI

As a Web Content Auditor for Clemson University, I audited several official Clemson University website pages. This entailed looking for grammar mistakes, recommending stylistic changes to the UI, and otherwise ensuring the University's standards were being met. This also entailed verifying some accessibility concerns, such as verifying all images had alt-text for screen readers, and that alt-text matched the University's requirements.

As an intern under the IT and Operations Excellence team for the College of Sciences at Clemson University, I worked with many responsibilities similar to working under an IT department. Order and set up computers for staff, answer IT tickets to help troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and communicate directly with staff with any concerns and help migitate and solve their problems. There was also some individual project work, where I used Microsoft Power Apps to create a simple application for managing and tracking products ordered on behalf of staff members by IT. However, most of my work was focused on assisting the rest of the IT department and solving IT tickets.

At the Clemson University Arthropod Collection (CUAC), I worked to help catalog and label thousands of university specimens. This work involved carefully handling specimens, attaching small labels with an ID and QR code to the pin holding the specimens, and cataloging each specimen's label ID and species information in a large Excel sheet. Other information, such as the year the specimen was collected, location found, the name of the collector, etc, were also recorded in this database I helped update and add to.

I was hired specifically for my experience with Python in order to create and test Python programs on the lab’s OT2 robot for future lab experiments. I also helped clean and assist around the lab as I self-studied Python for lab use.
