As the founder and CEO of Healthmetrix, a Berlin-based health-tech company, I lead a diverse and talented team that builds software products that support healthcare providers and researchers by simplifying data integration, data provision and by boosting patient engagement.Prior to founding Healthmetrix, I was the founder and general manager of Frachtraum, Europe's first digital freight forwarding service. Our mission was to improve B2B road freight shipments through software, and we fundamentally changed how manufacturing and trading companies manage their shipments. In this role, I applied my analytical skills, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise to develop and execute the business model, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy. I also managed the operations, finance, and legal aspects of the company, and established partnerships with key stakeholders and customers.
