- Responsible for the Projects and Engineering department.- Project Manager in charge of the construction of a new Data Center throughout all the stages of the project, including the design, request for proposal, contractor selection, equipment selection, kickoff, development of the project, commissioning and closing of the project.- In charge of delivering all the documentation and information needed for the operation and maintenance of all the new equipment installed on the new Data Center. - Took part and provided leadership of different certifications for the new Data Center, including Uptime certifications, LEED and ANSI/TIA-942.- Responsible for overlooking and implementing all requirements, both internal and external, of the Data Center, for example installing new generators, new air conditioning systems, new UPS systems and new structured cabling systems.- Created different new spaces for clients requiring office spaces and meeting rooms.

- Devised and launched a tool to measure the company’s cost efficiency, using the Cost Performance Index (CPI), the Earned Value (EV), the Cost Variance and other terms implemented by the PMI.- Spearheaded different trainings of the correct use of SAP ERP in order to track the usage of materials on the field.- Enhanced the efficiency of the installation of structured cabling by implementing standardized processes and metrics.- Developed different reports to control spending throughout the company in meals, gas payments, etc, within the field teams.
