Supporting the evaluation team in implementing various methods in developmental evaluation design, including constructing an ESF database from internal and external sources, developing a portfolio review and analysis protocol (covering compliance, adaptive risk management, harmonization, common approaches, etc.), conducting portfolio review and analysis of Inspection Panel cases and IPF projects, conducting a comprehensive survey of World Bank staff and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, conducting case studies of borrower countries to assess capacity-building efforts, supporting regional/country workshops and CSO workshops in borrower/client countries, supporting focused structured literature reviews of the key outcome pathways described in the theory of change, and conducting key informant interviews, group interviews/focus group discussions (FGDs), and content analysis thereof.Youngest STC ever hired within IEG.

Supported the primary evaluation analyst in developing a methodology for identifying relevant World Bank and IFC lending and nonlending projects, including inclusion and exclusion criteria. Worked with the primary evaluation analyst to document and implement the methodology and providing other advice in support of the evaluation team. Supported the production of the approach paper document through literature search and review, organizing references, and other tasks. Worked as a research assistant on an evaluation and case study concerning World Bank engagement with the Blue Economy in West Africa, primarily in Cabo Verde.
