Here I try to further my electronic-based music and visual projects, in between delivering chinese food and dodging redneck morons in every direction.

Inbound sales, tech support, customer service. I wore all the hats in the building! It was a small operation that went bankrupt when the owner’s wife embezzled over $50k for phone psychics. Engineered and recorded dozens of rock and electronica albums for local groups at my home project studio, and mastered MIDI synth and machine programming and realtime control, integrating analog switch and sensor-to midi and midi-to-light/servo-controlled automation applications in art installations.

I led a tech support staff of four in complete understanding and support of over 20,000 electronics parts and accessories, from car audio, to pro sound, to prototype development.Focus on software aided acoustic and electronic speaker design, including hi-fi/audiophile-grade components and advanced passive crossover design, such as zobel networks. We also had to do technical writing and proofreading for the website and catalog.

I went to college from 1998 though 2000.Throughout this time I played bass in a few bands, producing demos for a few no-name bands in various project/home studios, some live recording, my focus remaining on audio electronics systems and repair, and computer audio recording systems. Learned non-linear non-destructive audio and video editing, and Dolby digital 5.1 mixdown in Pro Tools HD.

Setup/tore down PA rigs, stage mics, lighting, etc. Usually pushed about 5000w from Crown or Crest amps from a 32x8 Soundcraft board, setup mics, rang monitors, mixed, etc. Ran PAR 56 or 64 lights and dimmers, wired power distribution.Promoted, organized, and ran sound, video and lighting for a short series of notorious warehouse raves most notable being over 4000 attendees enjoying music from the Sugar Hill Gang. Sweet.
