Support NPI Section Head (CAP) in various aspects of review, development, and assessment of the NPI programs and initiatives including, but not limited to: Corrective Action, Causal Analysis, and Trending. Support the organization by acting as a Subject Matter Expert in understanding related aspects of performance improvement program, including, but not limited to: Self-Assessment, Operating/Construction Experience, Human Performance, and Benchmarking. Present reports relating to NPI functions to management : - Prepare technical presentations Performs trend analysis of abnormal condition reports and integrated/cognitive analysis of the safety related events. - Track action/performance items and assess quality of responses. - Participate in/conduct the training and coaching of CNE Cernavoda staff in the implementation of various Performance Improvement processes.  - Support in related performance improvement or project management committees along with Head Nuclear Performance Improvement. Participate in preparation / maintenance of a process improvement framework and necessary process/procedures for carrying out tasks of the section in a defined manner. - Assist, and mentor as needed, all NPP departments to ensure effective implementation of NPI processes as directed by their NPI Head (CAP). Participate in the process for identification of the process improvement opportunities through attending meetings with different business process owners & surveys as well as through CR Trends, audit reports and user feedback. Participate in identification of new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through analysis of processes Involved with support teams to follow the process improvement stages and participate in successful implementation of process improvement initiatives. Use appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods to accurately identify and participate in documenting complete process improvement cycle & provide training where required.

Assignee Systems:- Recirculated Cooling Water System (RCW )Main activities and responsibilities: Elaborate commissioning documentation for assignee system:- Turnover Package Scope Definition Procedures (TPSD), - Turnover Package Procedures (TOP), - Flushing/Duct Cleaning Plans, - Startup Test Matrix and Level 4 Schedules,- Temporary Startup Instructions,- Preoperational / Hot Functional Test Procedures. Review turnover packages and test records provided by Construction Department for the assigned systems, and manage the system turnover process from Construction to Joint Commissioning Team. Provide technical knowledge, designs, review, and makes recommendations for construction and installation of production process equipment and design specifications. Perform periodic and/or mandatory official walkdowns for the assigned systems, to ensure these are constructed as per design and to prevent deficiencies and quality issues.  Ensure the design and implementation for assignee systems are done in accordance with the international standards and local nuclear regulatory requirements. Supervise and conduct Component Testing and Preoperational Testing for the assigned systems.-- Ensure technical support during execution of the commissioning tests, identify technical issues to be resolved during commissioning, assess commissioning test results, declare RCW system available for service at various Commissioning Control Points and perform other specific activities/ tasks as assigned
