Main responsibilities:• Recruiting and Staffing: Sourcing for candidates through job boards, social platforms, conferences and career fairs. Developing job descriptions by conducting job analysis for tech and business positions. Managing the full recruitment life-cycle (pipeline management, resume screening, conducting online interviews, case study assessments, managing job offers, tracking hiring analytics and reporting).• Employee Engagement: Promoting an “open door” environment with all employees by conducting monthly 1-on-1 feedback talks. Developing/conducting bi-annual employee satisfaction surveys and suggesting action points for improvement. Promoting and organizing team-building activities across the organization. Developing internal policies and updating useful content to our company handbook. Continuously ''building'' the company culture, by promoting Azavista values to all team-members.• Training and Development: Designing training programs for all employees through e-learning platform solutions. Tracking employee training progress and assisting in a successful completion. Identifying useful external learning material and developing 360º learning programs across teams and individuals.
