Lead all aspects of introduction and penetration of products into the applicable Law Enforcement and Defense markets. Research, evaluate, and determine appropriate messaging for various client positions and respective concerns. Manage and guide sales/outreach team in building, maintaining, and continuing client relationships.

Utilize knowledge and research capabilities to determine potential areas of improvement of product manufacturing, design, and performance, in regards to materials, manufacturing processes, and financial considerations. Work independently and in collaboration with a team to achieve VP determined goals, as well as self determined ones. Set up and execute evaluation matrices to advance development, as well as work within those created through collaboration/management decision.

Develop and design a portable system that allows for localized reglassing of steel vessels (Senior Design Project).

Learned hands on, real world application of academic concepts in a manufacturing environment. Under close tutelage, developed operational understanding and familiarity with equipment and processes involved in manufacture and evaluation of advanced, high performance ceramics. After proof of ability, left to independently operate equipment/processes with management directed goals.

Psychology lab dedicated to determining cognitive and metacognitive differences between young and older adults. Administered, scored, and performed data processing duties for psychological testing. Evaluated and reported study progress to lab director and senior lab members, and gave briefings on study parameters to participants. Increased volume of study participants by utilizing new recruiting methods.
