• Develop new client relationships through cold calling and prospecting• Directing, hiring, and training Direct Hire Full-Desk recruiters• Manage the life-cycle process and establish point-of-contact relationships for future business• Negotiate fees and rates for services• Source for and build an inventory of candidates for open positions• Build the database through research and data mining to develop a pipeline of active and passive job seekers• Call and screen candidates and present job opportunities, matching the candidates’ interests and employer requirements• Prepare all candidates for interviews and manage the client's interview process• Negotiate salary expectations and handle offer negotiations• Work with hired candidates and partner clients to ensure on-boarding and placement is successful

• Responsible for the overall development and execution of the marketing and business plan for Arizona.• Develop strategy consistent with the focus and goals of caring, serving, and enriching lives in Arizona• Analyze unique opportunities and develop a customized strategies focused around patient care and a delivery team• Cultivate relationships and educate a multitude of referral sources within the healthcare continuum on the services offered by the company• Partner with healthcare facilities, area healthcare programs, physician groups, and case management groups.• Establish a strategy for outreach to the key influencer community, and manage all associated projects, government affairs activities, and relationships with various boards and chambers of commerce.• Specific accountabilities include: tactical management of the strategic relationship pipeline and opportunity development, creation of all executive meeting preparation/research documents, management of all strategic relationship communications, collaboration to ensure cross-functional team coordination and tracking, tour scheduling/management, development of all presentations targeted to key audiences, and market research for new venture analysis.

Responsibilities:• Support Business Development Manager in prospecting new business through cold calls and in-person meetings. • Assist in sales processes by consulting with all of our current clients to provide appropriate staffing solutions, maintain our current performance and discover new business development opportunities to grow these accounts. • Maintain the company's business operations by analyzing financial reports and managing the recruiters and field support team. • Identify challenges or breakdowns in the on boarding process, and in collaboration with office leadership, develop solutions that maintain applicable requirements, quality and customer service. • Ensures candidates meet required hiring standards for Maxim and applicable client contracts.
