As a Senior Project Manager for the Systems department at WorldStage, I have led a number of diverse projects. End-to-end project management, including inception, design, budgeting, crewing, client transmittal, on-site management, project closeout, and support services. As part of a team, we developed a streamlined and customizable system for quick and easy deployment in breakout rooms. I was responsible for managing all aspects of the design, build, and deployment of 30 breakout kits, AKA the SX3 project. We took our professional experience from large venue events and applied it to a variety of corporate breakout shows, which helped to catalyze the experience for the client, presenter, and audience. Some examples of the 30+ events that I managed are:- ServiceNOW Knowledge 2018 with 28 rooms running simultaneously, with a setup crew of over 40 technicians- ServiceNOW Knowledge 2019 with 64 rooms running simultaneously, with a setup crew of over 100 technicians- Google NEXT 2018 with 22 rooms running simultaneously, with a setup crew of over 30 technicians

Client management and on-site installation manager of intense Audio, Video, and Lighting integrated installations for the Westfield Century City mall event space in Los Angeles. Some examples of my roles and responsibilities onsite were:- Directed and managed a crew of up to 12 people- Labor, budget, and timeline management- Vendor selection and coordination- Installed and maintain complex audio, video, and lighting system- Created a wiki database for the event space to share and document venue information

During my tenure as a technician at WorldStage, I worked on a myriad of projects. My primary focus during this part of my career was on specialty installation projects as a lead technician, involved in everything from conceptualization and planning to the installation of projects of various scales. Examples of these projects include: - Installation of (14) 30,000k projectors at Madison Square Garden, in New York- Installation of architectural sculpture featuring large-format touchscreens and directional audio system for City of Hope, in California- Installation at The New Musuem for Pipilotti Rist, in New York, that stretched over all floors of the museum

During this start of my career in the A/V industry, I worked for at the warehouse fulfilling orders for shows. I have worked during these few years in the Audio, Video, Cable, and Projection departments to learn the equipment that technicians would be using in the field. I also assisted in many specialty projects that include art installations and custom mounting solutions for equipment such as, projectors, monitors, and speakers.
