Have been handling a variety of litigation and non-litigation cases including but not limited to such job and work set out as follows: to handle the legal procedure of arranging for the companies to be listed in the share market, including carrying out due diligence, transforming the target company from company with limited liability to company limited by share, drafting document of legal advice.etc.to prepare varying documents in connection with litigation;to handle the process of company establishment (including the draft of articles of association, verification of lease agreement signed between between newly established company and landlord, etc.) or merge; to carry out due dilligence on the target companies (for merge, guarantee etc.) and carry out legal risk control;to handle the change of company's articles of association, structure of board of directors, registered capital, legal representative,etc.to carry out legal risk control with respect to international trade, including verification of contract of international sales of goods, letter of credit(L/C), collection documents, standby L/C and bank guarantee.to conduct legal risk control regarding labour issues, including the draft of labour management rules, arrangement for the meeting of employee to be held, verification of labour contract, assisting foreign employee in applying for employment credentials, work permit and eventually residence permitto translate English contracts to Chinese ones and vice versa

To verify a variety of contracts including but not limited to purchase agreement, consultation agreement, lease agreement,entrusting agreement, etc.to carry out risk control with respect to international sales of goods, letter of credit, bank guarantee and standby letter of credit;to handle labour dispute;to translate English contracts to Chinese ones and vice versa;

To handle legal affairs with respect to merge and acquisition; to establish subsidiaries and branch throughout China; to handle labour dispute; to handle the legal procedure of modifying articles of association; to handle the procedure of legal procedure; to translate legal documents with respect to corporate law, contract law, finance, intellectual property rights and quality verification standard(ISO9000),from English to Chinese and vice versa
