Based on the studies of 2017 Nobel Economics winner Richard Thaler, both projects gather insights from behavioural sciences and propose a systematic method that make it possible to work with a wide variety of interests and take into account self-sabotage tendencies of human behaviour in order to empower behaviour change in the general public(1) and in business leaders(2). I develop a two to six month program applying this method and worked with more than a hundred people in total numbers.
