Nearshore Region point of contact, supporting the TP US Business Development team and executive Vice President team leaders to sell the region for future development and client growth. Responsible for the RFI/RFP process, client proposals, site presentations, general reports, potential and existing client visits and sales materials.

Responsible for forecasting call arrival volume and planning the necessary staffing resources to comply with external clients requirements, in charge of weekly calls and presentation to external and internal clients (remotely) to expose results and performance based on specific KPIs and proposing action plans. Advance excel reporting creation.

In charge of making decisions on real time based on trends to ensure financial and staffing performance. Had concise communication with upper management and provided process improvement suggestions based on results. Created and filled Company's KPI's performance reports daily.

Supported the investigation and evaluation of methodology to calculate the weighted average interest rate published by the bank for private financial institutions reference, assisted miscellaneous administrative tasks such as presentations and financial reports creation.
