As Sales Development Representative, I bring a wealth of expertise in all aspects of the sales funnel, including effective prospecting. I have honed my skills in utilizing cutting-edge tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, Pipedrive, and Phantom Buster to identify and engage with high-quality leads, nurturing them through the sales process to successful conversion. As a sales and market expansion intern, I have learned and applied different methods and techniques used in sales, specifically consultative selling, and relationship building, developing strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present products, respond to customer questions, and negotiate deals.As for the specificities of my role, I gained a deep understanding of the Açai products being marketed and sold, as well as the functioning of the food service industry, building a professional network through interactions with customers, sales reps, and other industry professionals and learning how to successfully negotiate deals and close sales.

As Marketing Director, I take care of everything that aims at the entity's image for the other students and employees. I take care of the entity's social networks and produce content that involves several steps of the creative process of posts (i.e., brainstorming, branding, research, creation, and publication).
