I also coordinated the meetings and organized the events of this Council, as trainings, conferences and seminars. In 2019 our council was recognized by a national foundation as a reference municipality in campaigns and fundraising, taking prominence in national scope. Through extensive social media coverage, more people were aware of this Council and praised our practices.

I had to contact the various organs and entities of the city, to seek partnerships and to strengthen our relationship with them, in order to improve the service provided to women; I sought new members to get in the Network and make it richer; I was responsible for the creation of the Facebook page of this Network and for the dissemination of it and the actions linked to our Network. I also assisted in the creation of the Network's website. I organized the Network Seminar that happens annually. The Network grew in this period and became better known in the municipality.
