Current- Navigation of the onco-hematological patient throughout the bone marrow transplant Journey and Car-T Cell Therapy;- Working with adult and pediatric public, private and the PROADI-SUS project;- Development of a specialized care plan;- Integration of the several specialties involved in thetreatment;- Pre BMT evaluation outpatient clinic;- Interface with health insurers;- Patient care transition;- Immediate and long-term follow up after BMT; - Acute and chronic GVHD outpatient clinic;- Hospital dischare guidelines;- Post-BMT immunization schedule guidelines;- Collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical data;- Production of indicators and critical analysis for reporting to CIBMTR;- Participation in the elaboration, review and management of internal protocols, training and protocols for JCI and FACT; and for implementation for Car-T-Cell.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Navegação do paciente onco-hematológico em toda a jornada do transplante de medula óssea e terapia com CAR-T Cell;- Atuação com públicos adulto e pediátrico, particular e projeto Proadi-SUS;- Desenvolvimento de plano de cuidadoespecializado;- Integração das várias especialidades envolvidas no tratamento;- Ambulatório de avaliação pré TMO;- Interface com operadoras de saúde;- Transição do cuidado do paciente;- Acompanhamento no pós TMO imediato tardio;- Ambulatório de DECH agudo ecrônico;- Orientações de alta hospitalar;- Orientações de calendário deimunização pós TMO;- Coleta, análise e reporte de dados clínicos;- Produção de indicadores e análise crítica parareporte ao CIBMTR;- Participação na elaboração, revisão e gestão deprotocolos internos, treinamentos e protocolospara JCI e FACT; e para implementação de Car-T- Cell.
