As the sole Researcher in a team of nine Product Designers, my responsibilities extended beyond research. I enabled designers to conduct their research and streamlined operations for our Customer Committee. I specialize in both quantitative and qualitative methods, from user interviews to usability testing, advocating for user-centered decision-making.
