Worked to create a data driven culture, acting as disseminator of the mindset of utilizing figures and data in strategic decision-making. The first task undertaken was to elaborate a diagnosis about if and how the company embraces data in its daily operations, through internal interviews and surveys. The objective was to identify the way data was applied in each specific area, in order to facilitate the achievement of its KPIs.

Led a 10-member team focused on the development of financial mobile app, the main goal being to engage and prepare customers to use the iti as their new digital wallet.Was selected to participate, alongside the team, to start iti’s first regional operation outside of São Paulo, in Recife.
