Current- Alignment of job requirements with managers and clients, including the creation of job descriptions;- End-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various areas and levels;- People management, emphasizing support and conflict management for the company's professionals;- Training and leading a four-person international recruitment team;- Structuring teams and offices in other countries;- HR activities (monthly events, birthdays, etc.).During my time at MJV, the company grew by 500%, in which I played an active part, starting with a seven-people HR team, which expanded to 50 recruiters in five years.I was also involved in the 150% growth of the international teams, being the only recruiter for a year until I consolidated a team.
