Founded in 2003, Estáter has structured some of the biggest deals in the Brazilian domestic and cross-border markets, concluding transactions totaling approximately $13.5 billion in value. While in M&A and restructuring, I was responsible for building financial models for valuation processes and debt restructuring. I created BRASA (Brazilian Student Association) Cornell University in 2014, while I was studying at Cornell. BRASA's mission is to encourage the internationalization of Brazil by establishing collaborative relationships between Cornell University and Brazilian institutions, fostering and assisting the exchange of students and creating a network to promote opportunities for students and partners.In November 4th of 2014 we organized the III Brazilian Conference at Cornell University - "Uncovering Challenges and Opportunities". The whole event was planned and organized in less than 3 months and it was a huge success, gathering 7 speakers over 100 participants.

Since its inception, Cornell Finance Club has been focused on providing its members the skills and connections to navigate the financial services industry. CFC is founded upon three pillars: New Member Education Program, Stock Pitches and Portfolio Management. I was taking Finance (NCC 5560) at Cornell University at the same time I was an analyst (Financials) at CFC. We were having a stock competition (Investopedia) and it was like applying the content of the class and collecting its results in real time (actually with a 20 minutes delay).

A junior enterprise (JE) is a local non-profit organization entirely managed by students.While working at Brasil Júnior, the National Association of Junior Enterprises, I was responsible for creating and developing new state associations of JEs (a.k.a. Federations) all over the country. In 2013, we achieved the goal of developing Maranhao Junior (JE Association of the State of Maranhao) and getting them approved as part of Brasil Junior. I was also responsible for creating new units of JEs in the national territory, focusing on the North region of the country (Amazon). JEs work as companies and must have all their documents, strategic planning, marketing and financial aspects in accordance to the development program. Brasil Junior’s Expansion Dept. also works with JADE (European Confederation of JEs)'s Enlargement Dept. on creating new JEs in North, Central and South America.

Responsible for creating JEs all over the state of Sao Paulo and for the filiation process that all the JEs must pass to become federated to FEJESP - Sao Paulo's association of JEs (studies on strategic planning, auditing documents, PMO, financial planning, excellence management models etc).In this year, I also was responsible to lead the research that concerned the Rouanet Law in Brazil, in order to provide tax breaks to the sponsors of EPEJ (Regional Conference of JEs).

Pricing of high-cost projects, Financial Planning, elaboration and analysis of contracts, purchasing, negotiation with customers, partnerships and service, investing and stock research. After reading the book "Smart Pricing: How Google, Priceline, and Leading Businesses Use Pricing Innovation for Profitability" (Jagmohan Raju and Z. John Zhang), I implemented a new way of pricing in this organization using Microsoft Excel. The final price was generated by a formula that comprehended our cost plus margin, the competitor's prices, the customer expectation and the price itself as a lever. After this innovation, our annual profit grew 1069%. While working as the Legal and Financial Manager of EESC jr. Junior Enterprise, I participated of Pricing and Financial planning training courses in Procter & Gamble do Brasil & Cia - Louveira / SP; Project Management training course by Hominiss Consulting in ICMC - USP; Leadership training course given by a master degree student in EESC - USP.
