My name is Gabriela Hernandez, a Senior at Rutgers Business School-New Brunswick, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management.Recently, I worked as a Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations Co-Op at Bristol Myers Squibb, where I contributed to a company-wide change initiative that aimed to optimize procurement processes and systems. I developed a SharePoint page to guide the procurement organization and facilitate change implementation. I also worked at Johnson & Johnson, where I was able to gain valuable experience in managing inbound receiving activities, kitting and job requests, and domestic and medical orders, also as a co-op, under their NeoStrata brand.In addition, I served as the Director of Information Technology at ALPFA, Inc. - Association of Latino Professionals For America, a national organization that empowers and connects Latino professionals and students. Here I was able to participate in networking sessions and workshops with partnered corporations, expanding my knowledge and network in the supply chain industry.I am a determined, hardworking, and adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic and diverse environments.
