I am a researcher with 8+ years of experience in public health. My work has included quantitative and qualitative data analyses, survey design and implementation, and writing and presenting on findings to diverse audiences. I recently completed my PhD in Community Health Sciences. My dissertation focused on measuring associations between social and built environment conditions and how people participate in walking. My three featured studies focused on three often marginalized populations: older adults, people with disabilities, and young adult immigrants. My findings can help inform those seeking to design exercise- and transportation-focused walking interventions targeting those groups.
