Datacentrics is a Cloud Service Broker (CSB) dedicated to improving the management, access, development and security of corporate data and applications in the most advanced Cloud solutions (Private, Public and Hybrid) currently available on the market. I am responsible for improving the flow of information between operation data and financial data, in order to generate tools that facilitate the company's management and decision-making.

Usafibra is an internet provider that operates in Porto Alegre - RS. Our purpose is to bring quality internet to previously unattended places, making it possible for local residents to connect with the world. Activities: - Administrative manager- Control of performance and operational quality - Management of organizational communication

Main Activities:- Support the client complain's investigations - Analysis and simulations on samples in order to find the main cause of the deviation in the product (quality tools used: Ishikawa and 5-Why). - Assist in the definition of preventive and corrective actions and monitor their implementations. - Develop 8D Reports for the clients.

Main Activities:- Administrative and financial support for the IT project office; - Project monitoring for IT; - Support for the team management methodology (Agile Methodology and StageGates Methodology).

Main Activities:- Analyze product prices sold to retail customers and to final clients (B2C) for Brazil. Including analysing market data, competition, accompanying offers and also technological, marketing and legal restrictions and incentives; - Help developing and maintaining tools and models to monitor and control the demand, prices and elasticity of computer equipment; - Support in cost analysis.
