Chevron Oronite is a multinational company that develops, manufactures and markets additives and chemical products for lubricants and fuels. It has a sales team in downtown Rio de Janeiro and a factory in São Paulo. Within the sales area I had the following responsibilities:- Research and analyze the lubricants and vehicles market using data from various sources to provide the team with relevant information, creating and updating two databases with more than 30,000 pieces of data. This helps to improve Chevron Oronite's sales strategy.- Create presentations for internal and B2B clients based on market information and the company's products, with the aim of showing the portfolio and carrying out technical training. As a result, I prepared more than 15 presentations for clients and events with good visuals and relevant information.- Contact clients and collaborators in Latin America and the United States, helping to send documentation and information, with the aim of keeping them up to date quickly and clearly. Resulting in improved relationships with more than 20 clients. - Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power Apps to improve processes. I created a VBA code to automate some stages of a monthly process, reducing the time spent on the task.

Petroquim is a national company focused on the production of high-quality lubricants and fluids. Within the company I had the following responsibilities: - Care out and make decisions on the chemical analysis of industrial lubricants produced by the company, helping to guarantee the best product quality on a daily basis within the standards required by customers. - Assist in the formulation of lubricants based on tests and calculations, with the aim of improving the company's portfolio. Innovating some of the products already on the line and developing new ones.- Develop documents such as MSDSs, evaluation of used oils, technical data and labels for packaging and transportation. Contributing to the information and safety of all products.- Responsible for organization and good practices in the laboratory, keeping products and equipment well signposted. In addition to reviewing stocks of raw materials. This led to better agility and safety within the laboratory for the team.

INT is an institution committed to innovation that today undertakes advanced research aimed at transferring technology to the productive sector, as well as offering various specialized technical services. Within the institution, I carried out the following tasks: - Analyze patent documents and search for private companies that could be buyers of the technology. Results: 6 patents analyzed and each of them with more than 20 companies found to be approached.- Produce a small catalog with a summary of the patent as a presentation of the technology. Results: I created 6 catalogs for the patents in a clear text and visual form, helping companies to better understand the technology.
