I am a recent graduate of California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) who is ready to begin my career in the environmental field. I completed my degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Environmental Science. As a student at CSUMB, I gained many valuable skills, such as critical thinking, communication, data analysis, and teamwork. I am a quick learner and a dedicated individual with a passion for implementing sustainable solutions.At CSUMB I completed many courses that centered on collaborative projects, field experience, and the analysis of both the scientific and social aspects surrounding the environmental sector. The many projects I completed at CSUMB gave me hands-on experience with field equipment used to conduct surveys, as well as challenged my data collection and problem solving skills. I also gained skills in ArcGIS and Microsoft Excel.I am currently seeking an entry-level position or internship opportunity that is focused on sustainability. I hope to apply my skills, knowledge, and drive to a role that will create long-lasting change.
