6 years + experience working as SM inside big international projects for clients such as JnJ, Pfizer, Optimer, Yahoo!, Motorola and ABInbev. I acted as a team leader and a facilitator for the team, managing the meetings, the results and always trying to unblock people from their distractions during the working sprint. During this time I also had the opportunity to ministrate trainnings inside and outside my company and lecture in big Events such as Agile Brazil and WBMA. Experience travelling abroad and working allocated in the US for 2 times (Chicago, Illinois).

I worked around 2 years as a QA Engineer for a big www company. Scrum was the methodology we adopted in this project, so I could review acceptance criteria for user stories, join the team in all the scrum meetings, create the test plans and test cases, run all tests needed and also, make the validation of the products in production in a partnership with the Product Owner.

After working as a trainee for some companies, I started working as a researcher at Unicamp, inside a project where our Federal Revenue wanted to keep the software of tax controlling. We had a team working with ITA students and some agents from the Federal Revenue itself. There I had a great experience with software testing, allocated inside a dedicated testing team where I could plan and execute testing for critical systems.
