Já assessorei clientes em diferentes segmentos da indústria e negócios e de diversos tamanhos, desde pequenos empreendedores e startups até grandes instituições financeiras, companhias abertas e fundos de investimento. Mais recentemente, integrei a liderança do Grupo de Trabalho de Moedas Comunitárias do Instituto Plexos, que tem como propósito democratizar a economia por meio da tecnologia, em especial blockchain. I have advised clients across different industry segments and business sizes, from small entrepreneurs and startups to large financial institutions, publicly traded companies, and investment funds. Additionally, I have a strong academic background, from my undergraduate studies to my LL.M. and my board training at ABPW.In recent years, I have focused on banking and payments regulation, advising both authorized and non-authorized institutions by the Central Bank of Brazil, including in obtaining authorizations and licenses, providing guidance on regulatory compliance, monitoring laws and regulations of the National Financial System, and in M&A transactions involving such institutions. More recently, I joined the leadership of the Community Currencies Working Group at Instituto Plexos, which aims to democratize the economy through technology, particularly blockchain. Additionally, I became Legal Counsel at LYNK Markets, which offers innovative investment solutions.
