Legal Counsel - Due Diligence & Corporate Actions
CurrentDuring the closing of the financial rounds of EU Companies, we comply with all regulatory and legal requirements of the Equity Crowdfunding Regulation 2020/1503 (EU) such as the KIIS (Key Investment Information Sheet), reviewing the Shareholder's Agreement and Articles of Association in order to include Crowdcube Nominees and to assure the conditions of investment for Crowdcube's Investors, as well as any other documentation necessary for the process. As part of the Completion Operations Team, we also participate in the closing of financial rounds of companies from UK when the team ask us for that.Despite that we mainly work on the closing process, we also participate in concrete actions before and after it when the relevant teams ask for that.
